I am a proffesional chef who was trained at The French Culinary Institute in New York City. Afterwards, I decided to return to work in film production and spent the next 15 years working as a third generation scenic artist & Local USA 829 member. I painted and rendered sets for television and film production. I became the department head of the scenic department on many production. That is where I met my wife & we decided to leave NYC for a simplier life.
